A personal site and a two-page A4 CV for an experience designer: one hand-written page with scroll reveals that respect reduced motion, and a CV laid out in HTML and printed to PDF by headless Chrome.
What it took
Print without a PDF library
The CV is HTML at real A4 size, with an inline SVG skills radar. Headless Chrome prints it, and every deploy ships the fresh PDF with the site.
Motion that steps aside
The reveals are skipped entirely, in the stylesheet and in the script, for anyone who asks for reduced motion.
Fast edits, cached assets
The page is cached for a minute and everything else for longer, and each deploy clears the CDN.
