      An energy utility’s customer portal. Click through it.

      German energy utility Enterprise web app

      Front-end on the customer portal of a German energy utility: sign-in over OAuth2, a producer dashboard, and a full outage-management flow with redispatch counter-proposals and deadlines.

      Our designer left us two finished screens. Cristian built everything else, every screen on desktop, tablet and phone, and the logic behind them, and it still looks as if it had all been designed that way.

          Head of Development on a German SaaS platform. Every client gets a branded virtual venue on its own domain, with live streaming, moderated Q&A, chat, commerce, and a native app sharing one design system with the web.

              Eight years on one product, through three generations of the site.

              Doravi, a Romanian furniture workshop: the same product since 2018, carried from a pre-rendered React site to a headless CMS in 2022 and a full rebrand in 2026.

              Cristian built our first site in 2018 and has looked after it ever since, through three versions. Today I change a price by sending a message from my phone, and the site shows it. In eight years I never had to look for anyone else.

                  SightStack, own product SaaS billing PDF reports 2026

                  SightStack audits a website with a real browser, Lighthouse and Claude, and delivers a designed PDF report scored across six dimensions. I built all of it: the product, the billing, the tax handling and the operations.

                  Your team. I work on your channels and in your rituals during agreed hours, and on-call stays with you.
                  How do you get access?
                  I sign your NDA and work inside your accounts, your VPN and your code review.

                  Decisions are written down next to the code, so anyone on your team can pick up where I stopped.
                  How is it contracted?
                  Through my Romanian company (SRL), invoiced monthly for the hours worked; for EU businesses outside Romania, with VAT reverse charge.
