      MoodySun was my own rental cabin, live for two years with real guests. Bookings and payments came through Lodgify; from there to the invoice, every stay ran without me.

      One self-hosted platform now runs the whole house, where every system used to need its own vendor app: KNX actuators, Loxone, Zigbee, a heat pump that only spoke to its vendor’s cloud, the car, the doorbell and the network, with three iPhone apps on top. Built in six weeks, with close to 2,000 automated tests.

          Prices changed with a text message.

          Doravi, a furniture workshop in Romania Brand site product catalogue headless CMS 2018–2026

          A furniture workshop’s owners are not technical, so they manage prices, promotions and stock by messaging an assistant in Romanian. It runs on their own server and talks to the same content system the website reads.

          Cristian built our first site in 2018 and has looked after it ever since, through three versions. Today I change a price by sending a message from my phone, and the site shows it. In eight years I never had to look for anyone else.

                Your hardware or your cloud account, your data, and no per‑task fees. No server yet? You book one in your company’s name and add your card; I set it up and hand it over.

              • It tells you when a step fails

                Every automation ships with its monitoring: which step failed, and what to check first.

              • A fixed price and a runbook

                The scope and price are agreed up front. The runbook, a short manual in plain words, explains every automation.

              • No retainer, no on-call

                Any developer can maintain it from the runbook, or you book me for a fix when you need one.
